​Are your services guaranteed?

Yes all of my services are guaranteed. While the effectiveness of pest control treatments are subject to a lot of variables, our customer service is always guaranteed. If you're not happy with the results, I will come back to take another look, assess the conditions, and correct any problems. I guarantee it.

​How soon can I get an appointment?

I can usually be at your location within 24 hours, but always within a few days. If it is an emergency please let me know.. 

Do you offer contracts for commercial services?

Yes, commercial customers can get monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or annual service contracts and free estimates.

Can we request a specific day or time for service appointments?

Absolutely! Many of my customers have very stringent scheduling needs. I'm happy to accomodate them when possible, however, most effective pesticide applications will take place early in the morning or in the early evening hours - out of the hot sun, and also not when a storm or rain is expected within 24 hours. I know that many of our competitors may apply pesticides in the heat of the sun, but it is not only less effective, it can be damaging to the environment and insects that are not targeted pests - such as butterflies and honey bees.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. I am licensed and insured as part of the State of Missouri Department of Agriculture requirement  in the state of Missouri. (Commerical Applicator License #C21380).

How much do pest control services cost?
